The opening night of C2C Festival, scheduled for Thursday, October 31st, features Italian exclusive shows headlined by Dean Blunt who will make a rare appearance, playing a dj set. Known for his collaboration with artists like ASAP Rocky, Dean Blunt, who celebrates the tenth anniversary of his art-pop masterpiece “Black Metal” this year, has gained prominence in the global underground scene.
A decade following their appearance at “Viva Club to Club” at Teatro Carignano, Nicolas Jaar and Dave Harrington reunite to bring back Darkside. This project sees the two artists converging in a hybrid between electronic music and psychedelic rock, as showcased in their acclaimed albums, Psychic and Spiral.
Mica Levi, the classically trained artist and composer, also known for her collaborations with Tirzah, has pushed her work in surprising and unexpected directions, blurring the lines between “cultured music” and pop with a punk attitude. Levi, an Oscar nominee for the Jackie soundtrack, and composer of the music for Jonathan Glazer’s last two films (‘The Zone of Interest’ and ‘Under The Skin’), will be making their C2C Festival live debut.

Kode9 makes a comeback to the festival with a special set celebrating 20-years of Hyperdub, the seminal label he founded, which in that time has left an indelible mark on the electronic scene. Additionally, Gabber Eleganza and Bill Kouligas will take to the stage for an unforgettable back-to-back performance.
Arca is recognised as one of the most revolutionary musical talents on the international stage. Her work delves into the realms of body and identity, seamlessly blending various genres and media with unparalleled freedom and stylistic coherence. In this Italian exclusive appearance, she returns to C2C Festival after her unforgettable performance in 2017 at Lingotto, which was reprised five years later at OGR. The return of this iconic diva comes on the heels of the record-breaking success of her latest album series, Kick.
Following her DJ performances in 2019 and 2022, Romy from The xx is set to make her debut concert appearance as a musician. Meanwhile, Bicep, who headlined at Lingotto in 2022, now takes on the exclusive role as Italian creators of the audiovisual set Chroma. This collaboration with artist Zak Norman/Black Box Echo promises to be a unique and immersive experience.
The festival showcases the profound impact of female artists, exemplified by Kali Malone, the American multi-instrumentalist based in Sweden and a minimalist experimenter, is set to captivate audiences with her upcoming album, All Life Long. Adding to this rich line up is the cellist from Guatemala, Mabe Fratti, known for her imaginative solo work such as the outstanding Se Ve Desde Aquí released in 2022, as well as her collaborations in the duo Titanic and the quartet Amor Muere. Also gracing the stage is Sofia Kourtesis, the Peruvian producer and DJ based in Berlin, who made waves last year with her record Madres. Additionally, the festival welcomes the Belgian harpist and synth player, Nala Sinephro, a Marticane native, whose ambient jazz masterpiece Warp Space 1.8 promises to mesmerise audiences.
A. G. Cook and John Glacier bring extra zest to Saturday November 2nd’s line up. A. G. Cook, founding member of the iconic collective PC Music and a key figure in reshaping the contemporary pop landscape, is set to release his new album Britpop this spring. The first single features Charli XCX. John Glacier, also from London, brings a distinct blend of electronic, pop, and rap via a unique form of punk poetry with her latest release produced by Flume, Vegyn, and Kwes Darko, marking new adventures on the Young label.
